EuroNanoMed ERA-Net initiative

EuroNanoMed III (2016-2021) is the ERA-Net Cofund Action on Nanomedicine under Horizon 2020 that is building upon the achievements on its predecessors to support the European Nanomedicine research community. EuroNanoMed ERA-Net initiative comprising 27 partners from 21 countries/regions is supported by the European Commission, created as a result of the commitment of European member states and regions to support trans-national RTD projects.

The aim of EuroNanoMed is to foster the competitiveness of European nanomedicine actors through the support of trans-national collaborative and multidisciplinary RTD projects with participants ranging from academia, clinical/public health communities, and industry (particularly small and medium-sized enterprises).

Under the umbrella of EuroNanoMed III, the 12th Joint Transnational Call is launched for funding multilateral innovative research projects on nanomedicine.

  • Submission deadline for pre-proposals: 21st January 2021
  • Submission deadline of full proposals: 10th June 2021
AIM of the call

EuroNanoMed aims (i) to support translational research projects that combine innovative approaches in the field of nanomedicine and (ii) to encourage and enable transnational collaboration between public and private research groups from academia, clinical/public health research or research teams from industrial enterprises (all size). The participation of Medical Doctors and SMEs will be strongly encouraged.
