30^th of December, 2009. The Research Council of Lithuania is inviting world-class scientists and other researchers to submit applications for research project funding under the Global Grant Measure.

The invitation (Information Notices, Official Gazette 2009, No 102(1)) has been announced according to the VP1-3.1-ŠMM-07-V measure Support to Research Activities of Scientists and Other Researchers (Global Grant) of the 3^rd priority Strengthening of Capacities of Researchers and Scientists of the 2007–2013 Operational Programme for Human Resources Development implemented by the Research Council of Lithuania.
